I can't eat at school or a restaurant without feeling sick?

Alright so I have tried many different websites and I keep getting nonsense advice. I can only eat at my own house. Sometimes when I eat with my family at the dinner table I feel like throwing up. People say I have high blood sugar but everytime I go to my doctor they say everything is good. This has been going on for about a year now. I am a 14 year old male. Also the doctor says I have a floating rib. If that means anything. Please help me!!!!!

So long as you take lunch from home for school days, there is no problem there. If your family takes you to the restaurant, make it clear you would rather not eat there but you will go if they insist. Order an entree and flavored ice tea. Eat what you can of the entree and take the rest home. Drink the tea. Eat something when you get home or watch the cooking shows and learn to cook for yourself.
