How can i set my regents and fitness but also have some free time for my self?

I need study for 8 regent but I already fail 6 regents.Also i want to get in to my fitness habit too. but also want some free time for my self.
The regents i fail those
EAL, U.S.H / Global Study, Science/Living environment plus labs, Math/ Algebra plus geometry.
Hint 1: the subject that are difficult for me are EAL ,U.S.H, Global Study, Algebra and geometry.
Hint 2 : Stuff that i have trouble with are during graph , writhing essay, explain thing, spelling , grammar and remembering the study I study.
Hint 3 : I know it still to early to to think about during this right now but want I want to start next month so i can be ready to pass some or all the gents i fail this last year and this years. also this my my senior year in high school. i am a special educated students with I.E.P/
Hint 4: I want to get into my fitness habit because I am over weight and get get tired and run out breath easily during gym at school or during other type of exercises.
